Musical Notes:  “Mendel the Magnificent” is a song by Circus Contraption, a one-ring circus, vaudeville, and dark cabaret troupe based in Seattle.  The song is about a knife-thrower named Mendel who falls in love…with one of this other circus performers…one with large ears and a very long trunk.  And it’s told from the point of view of the woman who gets dumped for this “ saggy, rough skinned, over weight, forty pounds of dung”

    hey tiff! so i’m doing my project with plants, and i was thinking of doing my research on how their roots take in water. do you think its a good idea, and do you have any other ideas on research i could do?
